A	You have an unlimited choice of subject matter for your painting. You can choose: 1.The Old Masters Our artists can paint from Picasso to Renoir. You can: a) Choose from our Gallery; b) Send us your choice of Artist, Title, and Size. 2.Custom order a) To your specification: Send us a picture and instructions; b) An original with custom alteration: The Mona Lisa with your face, for example!
Q	Can I order paintings other than those listed on this website? Back Up
A	Yes. If you cannot find a painting on the site, send us an example (scanned version if not well known) of the painting you want, and we will quote you a special price.
Q	*What is the minimum canvas size?* Back Up
A	Our minimum canvas size is 16 inches by 12 inches (40 centimeters by 30 centimeters).
Q	*What is the maximum canvas size?* Back Up
A	Our maximum canvas size is 60 inches by 40 feet square (153 centimeters by 102 centimeters).
Q	*Can I order other sizes?* Back Up
A	Our reproduction sizes are for customer convenience. You can choose another size and we will give you a quote within 24 hours.

A	The paintings from E-ArtReplicas.com are the highest quality reproductions available. We only employ in-house, well educated, and experienced painters. Many have been painting for more than thirty years. We only use the best materials. The colors and the thickness are the same as the original. Every painting is hand made. No computers or other equipment is used.

A	Our artists have a wide reputation for portrait reproductions. Many of our customers have requested, and happily received, portraits of not only themselves, but also their much-loved grandchildren, cats, dogs, cars, boats, and even US Navy aircraft carriers and destroyers, to name but a few.

A	You can buy one of our paintings for about the same as a framed poster print in the US or Europe. For further details, see our Gallery.
Q	*What payment options are available?* Back Up
A	We accept payment via real-time credit card processors or PayPal on the website. You can make payment securely and easily by credit card thru our secure online credit card transaction. Or if you are a PayPal user, you may also simply pay us from your PayPal account. For check or money order, please choose from our payment options and fill in the form to send us your info. For wire (bank) transfers, please contact service@e-artreplicas.com for details.

A	You can place your order on this site or by e-mail. Our website is open on the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Questions through e-mail will be answered within 24 hours.
Q	*Are international orders available?* Back Up
A	We accept orders from all over the world. All orders are shipped in sturdy packaging. We send by postal parcel, you are insured. Post Office boxes are not possible; we must have a street address for delivery.
Q	*How do custom orders work?* Back Up
A	You will receive your painting between 6 and 8 weeks of receiving confirmation of your custom order from us: 1. Your order is received and we confirm that we understand your instructions. 2. You receive a price quote from us, and we confirm the time-to-completion. 3. You pay the quoted amount. 4. Our artist begins work on your painting. 5. You may check on the progress of your painting at any time. 6. When your painting is finished and dried, our packers pack it around a sturdy tube for shipping. 7. We ship to your door using postal service.
Q	*How long will it take before I receive my painting?* Back Up
A	Normally it takes between 6 and 8 weeks depending on the painting you ordered. After your order and payment have been received, we start to make the painting for you. E-ArtReplicas.com will inform you if it takes longer (special cases).
Q	*Do I receive a framed painting?* Back Up
A	Please view our Framing page. You can choose various frames if you feel like us to offer a framing service too.
Q	*Do you offer a moneyback guarantee?* Back Up
A	Yes we do. If you are not satisfied, then you may return your oil reproduction within 30 days and we will refund the full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling. You will pay for return shipping and all goods must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, to the office we indicated.
Q	*What is the life expectancy of my painting?* Back Up
A	If you keep your painting under reasonable conditions then there is no reason to expect it to last any less than an Old Master. In fact, because we use the world's best leading-edge oil-paint technology available, there is every reason to expect your painting will outlive all the Old Masters!

A	Yes, we offer Monthly discounts, Seasonal discounts, Holiday dicounts (Christmas, New Year, Valentine, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc.) and of course Volume discounts.
